Vandalistic act?
Red roses' branches, letters, chocolates and takes for a walf under the moon are popular and traditional ways of showing your love from your couple. Now, we have to include love's locks! When Federico Moccia wrote Ho voglia di te, he never imagines its consequences. In his book, couple promise themselves eternal love putting a lock in the third street lamp of the bridge Milvio in Rome and then, they throw the key into Tiber. Rome does not need more fantastic places but it has a new place now. This bridge turns into a mandatory stop for tourists. However, this is spreading to other countries like France or Spain.
I think locks are really romantic because they mean " I want to share my life with you", they symbolize love between two lovers. However, many people think these locks are vandalistic acts which dirtying up city. We live in one world where news are wars, murders, global economic crisis and poverty of millions people. Does not blue planet place for love? Loving is part of humans and nobody must set limits to this wonderful feeling.
